Here is detailed info about setup for lighting this photoshoot
I used 1 light (500W at full power) with 21" silver beauty dish, no reflector was used. Light, model and camera were aligned in a one line. Light was aprox. in 190-200 cm height. Madel was like 40-50cm distance from wall. Light could be like 80cm far from model´s face. See picture bellow:

Here are two more images I posted earlier with a little variation of same setup. Here I kept the original wall color and contrast that I eliminated in previous two images.
And here is one of these images printed in a magazine called Fashion ... sorry for cell phone snapshot but I did not yet get a scanner since old one is gone on a new OS.
